Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed on a mat and/or on specific apparatus. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. It doesn't matter whether you are a top athlete or haven't exercised in years - Pilates meets you where you are and Pendleton Pilates instructors are particularly adept at meeting your fitness needs. Pendleton Pilates currently offers several ways to practice Pilates: Mat Classes (no appointment required), Ball Classes (no appointment required), Reformer Private or Group Sessions (by appointment only). Pendleton Pilates is an educational facility and on occasion, your session may be observed or taught by teacher training apprentice(s) under the guidance of a certified Pendleton teacher.
